“BOND 007 LEGENDS GET IN THE GAME CONTEST”

  1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE FIFTY UNITED STATES AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIAAND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. By entering and participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.
  2. Eligibility. The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at 18 years of age at time of entry (“Entrant”). Entrants who have not yet reached the age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside (“Minors”) must obtain parental or legal guardian consent to be eligible to enter Contest. Employees of Danjaq LLC, Activision Value Publishing, Inc. (“Activision Value Publishing, Inc.” or “Sponsor”) and their respective parent companies, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, partners, dealers, manufacturers, distributors, sponsors, advertising agencies, promotion and administration agencies and any entity which is involved in any aspect of the creation, production, operation, execution or fulfillment of Contest, and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns, together with the Sponsor (“Contest Entities”), and their immediate families (i.e., parents, spouse, siblings, children, grandparents, step parents, step children and step siblings, and their respective spouses, and those living in the same household, whether or not related) are not eligible to enter. By participating in this Contest, entrants: (a) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor; (b) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules; (c) agree to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations; and (d) agree to release and hold harmless Contest Entities from and against any and all claims, injury or damages arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest and/or the use, misuse or redemption of the Prizes (hereinafter defined), and for any claim, including claims based on defamation, publicity rights and invasion of privacy, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or any other intellectual property related cause of action. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the email address provided to Sponsor by Entrant. In the event of any dispute, entries containing an invalid e-mail address will be deemed ineligible. Void outside of the United States and where otherwise prohibited by law.
  3. Disclaimer. Sponsor, prize suppliers, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies will not be responsible for (a) any late, lost, misrouted, garbled or distorted or damaged transmissions or entries; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, console, computer or other related malfunctions, performance issues or failures (actual or alleged); (c) any Contest disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Contest.

    This Contest:

    • Starts on: 12:00amPacific Standard Time on May 1, 2012; and
    • Ends on: 11:59pm Pacific Standard Time on May 22, 2012.

  5. How to Enter and Determination of Winners. BOND 007 LEGENDS GET IN THE GAME CONTEST is a contest of skill to determine the best Entrant-created photo or video and description submitted during the Contest Period based on the traits of an original, Entrant-created villain, his or her unique attributes, the creativity of the villain, and popularity of the villain based on the number of votes attained by the community at http://007legends.com/getinthegame (“Judging Criteria”). To enter, Entrants navigate to http://007legends.com/getinthegame and submit a photo or video and description of their villain by following the instructions set forth on the entry page of the site. Members of the 007 Legends online community will vote for their favorites, and at the end of the Contest Period, the Judges will score all eligible Entries based on the Judging Criteria. The Entrant(s) who gain the highest scores as determined by the Judges applying the Judging Criteria at the end of the Contest Period shall win the Prize. In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by the Judges based on the entertainment value of the Entry.
  6. Prizes. The first twenty-five (25) Entrants will receive the Goldeneye: Reloaded video game ($59.99) and “Cheater” t- shirt ($10). One (1) qualified Winner will win a grand prize package which includes: (i) the hiring of a local photographer within one hundred (100) miles of the Winner’s home to engage Winner in a one-hour photo session for placement of the Winner’s image within the playing environment of the 007 Legends video game ($500); (ii) one (1) copy of the 007 Legends video game ($59.99); and (iii) an interview with the Winner which will appear on the 007 Legends community web site. Total approximate retail value: $2,309.74. The ARV’s are subject to change based on current market conditions at time of Prize fulfillment. Any difference between the ARV’s and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the Contest, Sponsor shall endeavor to notify potential winners by e-mail to the e-mail address supplied. Potential winners may be subject to verification of the Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Prize not claimed by return e-mail within ten (10) days after delivery of notification (where required by Sponsor) and/or returned as undeliverable may be forfeited at Sponsor’s discretion and awarded to an alternate winner selected by Sponsor. Any prize not claimed by alternates shall be considered forfeited and shall be donated to a charity of Sponsor’s choosing at its sole discretion. Allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks after notification for prize delivery. The decision of the Judges shall be final and binding. Prizes are not transferable and any non-cash prizes shall not be redeemable for cash. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prizes. Prizes may not be separated. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Approximate retail value may vary. Should the actual value of the prize be less than the stated approximate retail value, the difference will not be awarded. Any depiction of prizes is for illustrative purposes only. To the extent permitted by applicable local law, all prizes are awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose). COUNTRY, STATE, LOCAL TAXES, INCLUDING VAT TAXES WHICH ARE ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Sponsor’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or loss (consequential or otherwise) caused by participation in any Contest. Winners may be required to complete and submit specific forms to Sponsor (such as IRS form W-8 or W-9) to receive a prize.
  7. Cheating. Sponsor shall appoint a panel of judges (“Judges”) to oversee the determination of winners in Contests. By entering and participating in this Contest you expressly agree and acknowledge that the decision of the Judges shall be final in all respects. Any cheating or perceived cheating, as determined by the Judges in their sole discretion, will disqualify Entrants from the Contest (collectively, “Cheating”). All participation in any Contest shall be in accordance with these rules.
  8. Sponsor’s Right to Disqualify. At any time during the Contest, Sponsor and/or the Judges reserve the right in its sole discretion to disqualify and remove any Entrant for any failure to observe the Official Rules (including but not limited to, because Sponsor believes the Entrant engaged in Cheating), or where applicable any other kind of illegal or inappropriate behavior. In the event that a winning Entrant is disqualified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner selected by the Judges as the next highest score based on the Judging Criteria.
  9. Originality and Conditions of Entry. You hereby warrant and represent that you created the actual entry and otherwise participated in the Contest by means of your own creation of materials such as user generated content as specified in these Official Rules. By entering this Contest, all Entrants warrant and represent that their entries are their own fully original creations, and their respective entries (including but not limited to any materials integrated into the entries for Contests containing user generated content) will not infringe or violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and/or rights of publicity/privacy. Your entry must not:
    • contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights;
    • contain brand names or trademarks, other than (i) those of Sponsor, which you have a limited license to use for the sole purpose of creating and uploading your entry, and/or (ii) those that you own, which you agree to license to Sponsor on a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive basis, or have license to use and sub-license to Sponsor on a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive basis in connection with the entry;
    • contain footage, music, images, artwork, literary or other copyrighted material not created by you, other than material that you have necessary rights, consents and permissions to use and sub-license to Sponsor on a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive basis in connection with the entry;
    • contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libelous;
    • disparage Sponsor;
    • contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; and/or
    • contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any jurisdiction where the entry is created.
  10. Entry Materials. All entries and materials submitted to Sponsor in connection with any Contest, including any user generated content (collectively, "Entry Materials"), along with all copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights associated therewith, become the property of Sponsor upon submission, and Entry Materials will not be returned to any Entrant. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you acknowledge that Sponsor will own all rights to use, modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, make derivative works of and otherwise commercially and non-commercially exploit the Entry Materials in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity. You agree to take, at Sponsor's expense, any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits and other documents) reasonably requested by Sponsor to effect, perfect or confirm Sponsor's ownership rights as set forth above in this clause.
  11. Collection of Information. By joining 007 Legends, you have previously accepted and agreed to Activision’s Terms of Use a further link to which is at http://www.activision.com/atvihub/termsandconditions.do?sub=terms and Privacy Policy a further link to which is at http://www.activision.com/index.html#privacy|en_US|type:privacy and consent to Sponsor's use of this information to associate your gamertag and name and image and biographical information in promotional materials for the Contest in the event that you are chosen to be a winner (except where prohibited by law) or otherwise participate in the Contest. As stated above, the Contest is not open to anyone under the age of 18 at the start of the Contest. In the event that Sponsor becomes aware that you are under 18, Sponsor will delete, erase or destroy any and all personally identifiable information that is obtained from the Entry Materials.
  12. General Release. By entering the Contest, you release to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Sponsor, prize suppliers, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, whether consequential or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Nothing shall exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  13. Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners may be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability.
  14. Request for Names of Winner and Official Rules: All requests for a copy of the Official Rules and for the names of the Winner must be received no later than sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Contest. Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules. For the names of the Winner and/or Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: “Bond 007 Legends Get in the Game Sweepstakes”, Activision Value Publishing, Inc., 7800 Equitable Drive, Suite 200, Eden Prairie MN 55344.   16. Miscellaneous. Sponsor reserves the right to patch or update any games at any time to fix bugs, change balance, or add features as deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, without suspending or canceling the Contest. The Contest and these Official Rules will be governed, construed, subject to the jurisdiction of and interpreted under the laws of the Participating Country from which you have confirmed you are participating in the Contest. Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and the Judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the Contest or any Entrant's participation in the Contest should viruses, bugs, human or programming error in Contest description (including without limitation descriptions of prizes or quantities), unauthorized intervention or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest, or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the Contest of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Contest or any other Entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from entry into the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

Code of Conduct / Official Rules for UK Contest

CODE OF CONDUCT

By registering and participating in Bond 007 Legends - Get in the Game Photo Contest and other related activities (collectively, “Contests”), you agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and any applicable Official Rules.  If for any reason you do not agree with any of the requirements set forth in this Code of Conduct or applicable Official Rules, do not participate in any such Contests.  Our moderators are tasked with upholding the Code of Conduct written below, along with any applicable Official Rules, which includes the review of footage, statistics, and validation of winners participating in Contests.  All Participants are responsible for all of their actions within the Contests, and our moderators reserve the right to take appropriate action against offending accounts, including account termination.
Below is the Code of Conduct that all members must follow when participating in any Contests:

  • Foul Language: Obscene language and/or verbal abuse used in any Contests by the participant may result in disqualification from the Contest and possibly from future Contests depending on the severity of the infraction.
  • Adult Content: Any submissions or member-generated content that is found to be sexual in nature may be immediately removed and may result in the member receiving disciplinary action.
  • Racist or Hateful Content: There is a ZERO tolerance rule on racist or hateful content. Willful posting of this type of content will lead to disqualification of an individual and/or team from the Contest.
  • Plagiarism: If a Contest calls for content submissions, such submissions must be original.  A member may not submit another person’s content as an official entry into an Contest.  Any member found to have plagiarized (intentionally or otherwise) an entry may be immediately disqualified from the Contest and can face additional disciplinary action.
  • Cheating: There is a ZERO tolerance rule on cheating. If determined by Activision, Sponsor, and/or Judges via review that a player has cheated, this will lead to disqualification of such individual and/or his or her team from the Contest. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Use of a hacked/modified device
    • Exploitation of map flaws, glitches, or bugs

With regard to the above, the promoters shall be the sole judges of what constitutes any of the circumstances referred to.

 

This Code of Conduct is not meant to be exhaustive, and Activision reserves the right to determine which conduct it considers to be outside the spirit of the Contest and community and to take such disciplinary measures that it sees fit, including deletion and termination of the account.  Specific Official Rules may also apply to certain Contests and you agree to comply with those Official Rules by participating in those Activities. You are responsible for complying with this Code of Conduct, any applicable Official Rules, as well as the terms of the Service Agreement.  Activision reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Code of Conduct at any time for any reason.

By entering and participating in this Contest, you (“Entrant”) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

Activision Blizzard UK Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales, with offices at 3 Roundwood Avenue, Stockley Park, Uxbridge UB11 1AF (”Sponsor”) is­­­­­ the sole Sponsor of this Contest.  In order to enter this Contest and be eligible to win a prize, you confirm that you (“Entrant”) satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

Within 21 days of the conclusion of the Contest, Sponsor shall endeavor to notify potential winners by email to the Winner’s supplied email address.  Potential winners may be subject to verification of the Entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and Sponsor may require potential winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Sponsor’s discretion.  Prizes not claimed by return email within ten (10) days after delivery of notification (where required by Sponsor) and/or returned as undeliverable may be forfeited at Sponsor’s discretion and awarded to an alternative winner selected by Sponsor.  Any prizes not claimed by alternates shall be considered forfeited and shall be donated to a charity of Sponsor’s choosing at its sole discretion.  Allow four (4) to six (6) weeks after notification for prize delivery.     • Sponsor shall appoint a panel of judges (“Judges”), to oversee the determination of winners in Contests. By entering and participating in this Contest you expressly agree and acknowledge that the decision of the Judges shall be final in all respects.

 

    • Any cheating, perceived cheating, including, but not necessarily limited to “win-trading,” or account sharing, as well as griefing, as determined by the Judges  in their sole discretion, will disqualify Entrants (collectively, “Cheating”).  All participation in any Contest shall be in accordance with these rules.
  • Sponsor’s Right to Disqualify. At any time during the Contest, Sponsor and/or the Judges reserve the right in their sole discretion to disqualify and remove any Entrant for any failure to observe the Official Rules (including but not limited to, cases where the Sponsor believes the Entrant engaged in Cheating) or where applicable any other kind of illegal or inappropriate behavior.   • Originality and Conditions of Entry. You hereby warrant and represent that you played the actual game and otherwise participated in the Contest by means of your personal use of a game controller to score the points associated with your entry or by your own creation of other materials such as user-generated content as specified in these Official Rules. By entering this Contest, all Entrants warrant and represent that their entries are their own fully original creations, and their respective entries (including but not limited to any materials integrated into the entries for Contests containing user- generated content) will not infringe or violate the rights of any third parties, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks and/or rights of publicity/privacy.  Your entry must not:

Sponsor shall have sole discretion in determining whether or not an entry does or does not comply with the conditions set out in this clause 8.

  • All entries and materials submitted to Sponsor in connection with any Contest, including any user-generated content (collectively, "Entry Materials"), along with all copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights associated therewith, are hereby irrevocably and free of charge assigned by you to Sponsor and become the property of Sponsor upon submission, and Entry Materials will not be returned to any Entrant. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, and subject to clause 10, you acknowledge that Sponsor will own all rights to use, modify, reproduce, publish, perform, display, distribute, make derivative works of and otherwise commercially and non-commercially exploit the Entry Materials in perpetuity and throughout the universe, in any manner or medium now existing or hereafter developed, without separate compensation to you or any other person or entity. You agree to take, at Sponsor's expense, any further action (including, without limitation, execution of affidavits and other documents) reasonably requested by Sponsor to effect, perfect or confirm Sponsor's ownership rights as set forth above in this clause 9.
  • If you are validly participating in this Contest from outside the United States of America or the United Kingdom then Sponsor may be required to request you to enter into a separate licence agreement permitting Sponsor to use the Entry Materials for certain promotional, administrative or other purposes.

 

  • Collection of Information. By playing BOND 007 LEGENDS GET IN THE GAME CONTEST you have previously accepted and agreed to Activision’s Privacy Policy a further link to which is at http://www.activision.com/index.html#privacy|en_US|type:privacy and consent to Sponsor's use of this information to associate your name and image and biographical information in promotional materials for the Contest in the event that you are chosen to be a winner (except where prohibited by law) or otherwise participate in such publicity (and agree to do so without charge) as Sponsor might determine. As stated above, the Contest is not open to anyone under the age of 16 at the start of the Contest. In the event that Sponsor becomes aware that you are under 16, Sponsor will delete, erase or destroy any and all personally identifiable information that is obtained from the Entry Materials. In the event that you are a citizen of the EU and/or any of the other countries whose citizens are eligible for this Contest, and pursuant to applicable law pertaining to data collection and processing, you are informed that the data controller is Sponsor, and the data collected may be transferred and/or stored directly in Sponsor’s facilities in the United States of America. By entering this Contest you have given your consent (to the extent that is necessary under applicable law) to the processing of personal data provided by you and any transfer and/or storage directly in Sponsor’s facilities in the United States of America. Upon request, you will be provided with access to your personal data in accordance with applicable law and Activision’s Privacy Policy. You also have a right of opposition to the data collection, under certain circumstances. To exercise such right, you may write to " BOND 007 LEGENDS GET IN THE GAME CONTEST,” c/o Activision, 3 Roundwood Avenue, Stockley Park, Uxbridge UB11 1AF. You may also withdraw your personal data upon request, however you will be disqualified as an entrant in the Contest if you withdraw your personal data prior to the determination and fulfillment of the prizes listed in Section 5 herein.
  • General Release. Subject to clause 13 below, by entering the Contest, you release to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Sponsor, prize suppliers, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, whether consequential or otherwise, arising out of or in connection with the Contest or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other alleged cause of action. Nothing shall exclude the Sponsor’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

 

  • General Release: for Entrants validly participating from Finland, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Norway, or Sweden: Sponsor is liable in accordance with statutory law (a) for damages arising as a result of personal injury; (b) in case of intent; (c) in case of gross negligence; and/or (d) in case Sponsor is in breach of the requirements of the Belgian, German or Norwegian Product Liability Acts (applicable to Entrants validly participating from Belgium, Germany and Norway only). Without limiting the aforementioned, Sponsor may only be liable for modest levels of negligence in cases of a breach of a “material” contractual obligation hereunder. “Material” obligations in this sense are obligations that are necessary for the fulfilment of the Agreement, the breach of which would jeopardise the purpose of the contract and the compliance with which you may generally trust in. In such cases, the liability will be limited to the typical and foreseeable damages; in other cases Sponsor shall not be liable for acts of modest negligence.

 

  • Affidavit & Release. As a condition of being awarded any prize, winners may be required to execute and deliver to Sponsor a signed affidavit of eligibility and acceptance of these Official Rules and release of liability.
  • Winners List; Rules Request. For a copy of these Official Rules and/or a list of winners, send a separate, stamped, self-addressed envelope to BOND 007 LEGENDS GET IN THE GAME CONTEST at Activision, 3 Roundwood Avenue, Stockley Park, Uxbridge UB11 1AF. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Contest.

  • Miscellaneous. Sponsor reserves the right to patch or update BOND 007 LEGENDS GET IN THE GAME CONTEST at any time to fix bugs, change balance, or add/remove features as deemed appropriate by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, with or without suspending, shortening, extending or canceling the Contest. Subject to the country of origin principle as set out in EU Directive 2001/31/EC, the Contest and these Official Rules are governed, construed, subject to the jurisdiction of and interpreted under the laws of the Participating Country from which you have confirmed you are participating in the Contest (as set out in clause 1.2 above). Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor and the Judges, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, shorten, extend, re-start or cancel the Contest or any Entrant's participation in the Contest in the event of suspicion(s) or investigation(s) of allegations of cheating, and/or should viruses, bugs, human, technical or programming error in Contest operation or description (including without limitation descriptions of prizes or quantities), unauthorized intervention, or other causes beyond Sponsor's control affect the administration, security or proper play of the Contest (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), or Sponsor otherwise becomes (as determined in its sole discretion) incapable of running the Contest as planned. Entrants who violate these Official Rules, tamper with the operation of the Contest or engage in any conduct that is detrimental or unfair to Sponsor, the Contest or any other Entrant (in each case as determined in Sponsor's sole discretion) are subject to disqualification from the Contest and such other sanctions as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion (including but not limited to being banned from BOND 007 LEGENDS GET IN THE GAME CONTEST (and Entrant acknowledges they shall have no right to any refund or compensation in the event of any such ban).  Sponsor reserves the right to lock out persons whose eligibility is in question or who have been disqualified or are otherwise ineligible to enter the Contest. Requests must be received no later than sixty (60) days after the conclusion of the Contest.  If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid so long as those other provision can work effectively in the absence of the invalid provision.
